智通財經APP獲悉，香港聯交所最新資料顯示，1月21日，董事會主席兼執行董事許勇增持YUSEI(00096)1200萬股，每股作價0.51港元，總金額為612萬港元。增持後最新持股數目約為1.02億股，最新持股比例為16.04%。
補充資料：Bonus Shares were issued and credited as fully paid in July 2019 on the
basis of one Bonus Share for every five existing Shares then held by the
shareholders of Yusei Holdings Limited. As such, the number of shares held by
Mr. Xu was increased from 75,072,000 shares to 90,086,400 shares (as shown in
Box 25 above) due to such issue of Bonus Shares. However, the percentage of
shareholding held by Mr. Xu remain unchanged as 14.15% immediately before and
after issue of Bonus Shares.
