Chinese printed circuit board manufacturer, VICTORY GIANT TECHNOLOGY (300476.SZ), is preparing for a Hong Kong listing, aiming to raise over US$2 billion, Bloomberg quoted sources as saying. Insiders revealed that the Company obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) last week for its overseas listing filing, and planned to list in Hong Kong as early as April. VICTORY GIANT TECHNOLOGY was established in 2006 and specializes in manufacturing printed circuit board products for AI servers.
