China's non-manufacturing business activity index grew by 0.1 ppt MoM to 49.5 in February, missing the market expectation of 49.8, but indicating a mild improvement in the non-manufacturing business climate, the National Bureau of Statistics Service Industry Survey Center and the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing announced. Meanwhile, the composite PMI output index dropped by 0.3 ppts MoM to 49.5, suggesting that the overall production and business activities of Chinese enterprises slowed compared to the previous month.
