TENCENT (00700.HK)'s 2Q25 total revenue grew 15% YoY to RMB184.5 billion, beating the expectations of BOCOMI/ market by 4%/ 3%, according to BOCOMI's research report. Although the Company may continue to increase its investment in AI-related areas, it will still balance cost control and profitability enhancement. The broker expected profit growth to continue to outpace revenue growth, and raised its 2025-2027 revenue/ profit forecasts by 2-3%/ 2-10%, respectively.
