At the direction of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK), trading in A METAVERSE (01616.HK)'s shares has been suspended with effect from 9:00 am today (15th) under Rule 6.01(4). According to Main Board Listing Rule 6.01(4), when the Exchange considers that the issuer or its business is no longer suitable for listing, it may at any time direct a trading halt or suspend dealings in any securities or cancel the listing of any securities in such circumstances and subject to such conditions as it thinks fit.
