Deep Water Pavilia in Wong Chuk Hang, co-developed by NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK), Emperor Group, CSI PROPERTIES (00497.HK), LAI SUN DEV (00488.HK), and MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK), saw another successful tender yesterday (28th), selling two units facing Deep Water Bay for nearly HKD63 million. The transaction prices ranged from HKD30.5592 million to approximately HKD32.1966 million, with prices per square foot from HKD32,100 to HKD33,820. Both units feature a three-bedroom suite layout with a utility room and bathroom, with a usable area of 952 square feet, located on the 25th and 23rd floors of Block 1 (1A), units P3. The developer stated that the tender response for the property was promising, with 19 units facing Deep Water Bay sold in three days, generating over HKD1.1 billion.
