GCL TECH 2024 Production Vol. of Granular Silicon Hits 269K Tons, Shipment 282K Tons

GCL TECH (03800.HK) announced that in 4Q24, the production volume of granular silicon was 70,900 tons, up 14.4% QoQ; the shipment volume was 74,600 tons, down 7.8%; and the production cash cost sank to RMB28.17/kg from RMB33.18/kg in 3Q. In 2024, the total production volume of granular silicon was 269,200 tons; the shipment volume was 281,900 tons; and the production cash cost was RMB33.52/kg. So far, the Company has completely withdrawn its direct and indirect investments in relation to the Siemens method polysilicon, to fully focus on the industrial development of the granular silicon.
