Mainland comprehensive logistics service provider SF HOLDING (06936.HK) announced the details of its IPO. It proposed to offer 170 million shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 9.5% and international offering accounting for 90.5%. The offer price ranged from $32.3 to $36.3 per share, and the entry fee for a board lot of 200 shares would be $7,333.22. The IPO will commence today (19th) and close at noon on Friday (22nd), with the listing of shares expected for next Wednesday (27th). The joint sponsors are Goldman Sachs, Huatai International, and JPMorgan. The company has introduced 10 cornerstone investors to the listing, including SINO LAND (00083.HK)'s Wise Honest, CPIC (02601.HK), and XIAOMI-W (01810.HK)'s Green Better, which have collectively subscribed US$205 million in total for the company's shares.
