Iran: Non-hostile Vessels Can Pass Through Strait of Hormuz Based on Regulations

Iran sent a letter to members of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) announcing that, as long as non-hostile vessels do not support acts of aggression against Iran and comply with Iran's security regulations, they may pass through the Strait of Hormuz after coordination with Iranian authorities.

Iran's letter is dated 22 March, the IMO stated.
