Last Friday (24th), Ping An Life Insurance increased its holdings in CM BANK (03968.HK) by 6.6535 million H-shares at an average price of HKD49.8861 per share in the market, involving HKD332 million, according to the latest disclosure on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's website. Upon completion, the number of CM BANK H-shares held by Ping An Life Insurance increased to 827 million shares, accounting for over 18% of CM BANK's total H-shares and 3.28% of its total share capital.
