According to a research report released by the China Index Academy (CIA) on the real estate market, the average price of second-hand homes across 100 cities in China dropped by 0.75% MoM or 7.26% YoY to RMB13,691 per square meter in June. Most cities are currently continuing the trend of "price for volume" in the second-hand housing market.
