XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) is raising up to US$5.3 billion (about $41 billion) through top-up placing of 750 million shares at a price per share of between $52.8 and $54.6, a discount of 4.2-7.4% to today's closing price of $57, Bloomberg quoted a sales document as saying.
