According to the Securities Times, since Shenzhen announced its property market adjustment policy, the consultation and viewing rates for new property projects have both risen. Although the discounts offered for the projects remained the main theme, some of them indeed had their promotional offers reduced.

The report indicated that after the new property market policies in several cities, including Shenzhen, officially took effect yesterday (1st), property developers have been adjusting their sales policies for the upcoming National Day holiday based on their own situations, aiming to achieve simultaneous increases in both volume and price.

According to the filing or transfer data provided by Xingzhou Shenfang, the transaction volume of new and second-hand homes in Shenzhen both saw a surge on Monday (September 30). Of which, 61 new homes were sold, marking a 38% rise compared to September 29, slightly better than the average daily performance in September. On the same day, the average listing prices of listed properties also saw a slight uptick.
